- 2003: Office opened in Shanghai.
- 2004: Mitsubishi-Hitachi Metals Machinery USA, Inc. established.
- 2005: New Gencoat, Inc. acquired.
- 2006: Changzhou Baoling Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. acquired and capital increased.
- 2007: Mitsubishi-Hitachi Metals Machinery (Shanghai), Inc. established in July.
